Through 9.5 years at LearnUpon, Cathal led Partnerships, CX, GTM and M&A. He watched the company scale from scrappy startup to $50M ARR and saw up close that ecosystem relationships were behind the best revenue outcomes. 

REPEATING SUCCESS

Scaling ecosystem selling across B2B SaaS

Simon moved on to build ecosystem programs at fast-growing scale-ups. At Storyblok, he took the AWS hyperscaler program from zero to one, co-sold millions alongside hundreds of AWS sellers, and won the AWS Rising Star Award for ecosystem selling.

MID 2025

The gap was obvious. The timing was right.

Cathal and Simon reconnected and looked at the landscape. The tools that existed were getting more complex and more enterprise-focused.

Meanwhile, SMBs and mid-market teams who would benefit most from ecosystem intelligence had no way to access it. No partnerships hire. No budget for heavyweight tooling. AI changed what was possible.
