Your Data Stays in HubSpot

This is the big one. cocorev doesn't copy your CRM into another database. We process your data to find overlaps and generate signals, but your actual company records, contacts, and deals stay in HubSpot.

Think of cocorev as a lens, not a warehouse. We look at your data to surface insights, but we don't take it anywhere.

What We Actually Store

We only store the minimal metadata needed to run the service:

Mapping status - whether an overlap analysis is pending, processing, or complete
HubSpot List IDs - just the identifiers, not the list contents
Account metadata - your login, portal ID, and basic company info
Basic deal information - lifecycle stage and amount (to power the Playbooks)

That's it. No customer names. No contact details. No email addresses from your CRM.

What Partners Can See

Partners only see data where you overlap. If you and a partner both have "Acme Corp" as a customer, you'll both see that overlap. But your partner cannot see:

Your other customers
Your deal values
Your contact details
Anything outside the overlap

There's no way for a partner to access data beyond what you both share. The system is built that way by design.

You Control Access

OAuth authentication - you explicitly authorize cocorev when you connect
Limited scope - we only request access to what's needed (companies, deals, contacts)
Revoke anytime - disconnect from HubSpot Settings and access is immediately revoked
